We design and craft each piece with care, and we truly hope you love it in your space. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.


Your Rights

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, our products are guaranteed to be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

If your item has a fault or craftsmanship issue, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Act.


Change of Mind (Within 7 Days)

If you’ve had a change of heart, we’re happy to accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item:

  • Is unused and in original condition

  • Is returned with original packaging (where possible)

  • Includes proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s cost.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Items must be carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit.

  • Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Because many of our pieces are made from natural timber, slight variations in grain, tone, and texture are part of their character and are not considered faults.


Craftsmanship & Quality (Within 30 Days)

If you believe your item has a craftsmanship or manufacturing issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Send us your order number and a few photos, and we’ll assess the issue promptly. If a fault is confirmed, we will:

  • Repair the item,

  • Replace it, or

  • Provide a refund

For confirmed faults covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
